  3. In a pan heat oil. Now add mustard seeds,Cumin sesame seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves. Let's sputter it.
  4. Now in this add Cooked Tur dal.
  5. Now add red chilli powder,sugar,salt and mix well. Do not over mix.
  6. Now garnish with coriander leaves. Tur dal Usal is ready. You can serve with Chapati or Roti.
