Hello everybody, it is me, Dave, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, beef curry. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Beef Curry is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It is appreciated by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They are nice and they look wonderful. Beef Curry is something that I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have beef curry using 19 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Beef Curry:
  1. Make ready 400 grams beef / tenderloin
  2. Take 1 bunch each tree basils and sawtooth coriander (coriander and spring onion substitute for both if cant find )
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp fish sauce
  4. Get 1 1/2 cup water or stock
  5. Prepare 1 pepper,sliced
  6. Prepare chilli paste
  7. Prepare 12 dried hot chilli or less
  8. Make ready 1 head turmeric
  9. Take 1 lemongrass stalk,sliced
  10. Make ready 1/2 inch of galangal
  11. Prepare 6 clove garlic
  12. Take 1 tbsp chopped coriander root
  13. Get 1/2 tsp roasted coriander seeds
  14. Make ready 3 shallots
  15. Get 1 tsp shrimp paste
  16. Take 3 kaffir lime leaves
  17. Make ready 3 extra cloves of garlic to fry chilli paste
  18. Get 1 1/2 tbsp oil to fry chilli paste
  19. Take 1 extra lemongrass,crushed to fry with chili paste
Steps to make Beef Curry:
  1. Cubes beef tenderloin
  2. Make fresh chilli paste ,use pestel and mortar make it fine paste by pound garlic,chilli,coriander seeds,lemongrass,galangal,then add shrimp paste ,shallots ,when done crush extra cloves of garlic,tear kaffir lime leaves ,ready to stir fry in the wok on soup pot
  3. Stir fried chilli paste ,garlic,kaffir lime leaves ,crushed lemongrass in hot oil on medium heat ,until fragrance
  4. Add beef ,stir until no longer pink
  5. Add water or stock ,let it simmer until beef tender ,soup reduce
  6. Add tree basils and chopped sawtooth coriander ,and 2 fresh peppercorns ,pepper sliced ,stir to mix and heat off
  7. Serve hot with rice

If you want to fight depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are rich in DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. DHA and omega-3s are two things that improve the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s the truth: eating tuna fish sandwiches can actually help you battle your depression.

Some grains are actually wonderful for fighting off bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly great for helping raise your happiness levels. They can help you feel full for longer also, which is a mood improver. Feeling hungry can be awful! These grains can elevate your mood as it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. You digest these grains faster than other things which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.

Green tea is truly great for your mood. You just knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is packed full of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have shown that this amino acid actually induces brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also relaxing the rest of your body. You probably already knew it is not difficult to get healthy when you drink green tea. Now you know that applies to your mood also!

Now you know that junk food isn’t necessarily what you have to eat when you are wanting to help your moods get better. Try a couple of of these tips instead.
