Hey everyone, it is me, Dave, welcome to our recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a distinctive dish, nitabugg's chicken adobo. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Nitabugg's Chicken Adobo is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They are nice and they look wonderful. Nitabugg's Chicken Adobo is something that I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook nitabugg's chicken adobo using 14 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Nitabugg's Chicken Adobo:
  1. Prepare 3 lb chicken or pork or both (1.5 lbs each if u use both)
  2. Make ready 1 Canola oil (a few tablespoons)
  3. Prepare Veggies
  4. Prepare 1 head garlic (minced)
  5. Take 1 large Sweet yellow onion
  6. Get 1 large Green & red bell pepper(diced or julienne cut)
  7. Prepare 2 medium russet potatoes (diced)
  8. Make ready Spices
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup soy sauce
  10. Take 3 tbsp Apple cider Vinegar (some folks use regular vinegar)
  11. Take 1 tsp ground black pepper
  12. Get 1 1/2 cup water
  13. Take 2 small Bay Leaves
  14. Take 1 Seasoning for meat (I used garlic powder & Tony Chachere's)
Instructions to make Nitabugg's Chicken Adobo:
  1. Wash the meat & ensure that all fat is cut off of the chicken (if you are using chicken) pork needs 2 be cubed. U can use wingettes or cubed boneless breast also.
  2. Heat a skillet with a few tablespoons of canola oil or olive oil. Season meat with the garlic POWDER & Tony Seasoning (or seasoning of choice).
  3. Brown the meat (this is not the same as cooking it). Just sear it enough 2 make those seasonings stick. It may still be bleeding once you're done browning it, but its ok because your going 2 boil it anyway.
  4. Remove the meat and let it drain in a colander. Take all of the veggies except the diced potatoes & sauté. Us a wooden spoon & scrape that stuck on seasoning in the bottom (don't throw out as that makes for good flavor)
  5. Once the Veggies are brown and fragrant, drain veggies and add them as well as the meat back into the skillet. Then pour in the water, vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, ground black pepper, and the bay leaves.
  6. Let this boil for about 20 minutes. Then add the diced potatoes (this thickens the gravy). If u don't use potatoes use 2 tblspns of corn starch or all purpose flour). If it gets 2 thick with corn starch or flour simply add a little bit more water.
  7. Turn down the heat and let boil for about 10-15 mimutes. I usually taste the meat and potatoes. If done, I simmer it until ready to serve.
  8. Serve over favorite rice with a side of veggies. My family loves corn :)

Make a trail mixout of various seeds and nuts. Your mood can be raised by eating peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and other types of nuts. This is because these foods are loaded with magnesium, which helps to boost your production of serotonin. Serotonin is known as the “feel good” chemical substance and it tells your brain how you should be feeling day in and day out. The more serotonin you have, the happier you will feel. Not only that, nuts, specifically, are a terrific protein source.

Cold water fish are great for eating if you want to battle depression. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, etcetera, they’re all high in omega-3 and DHA. These are two substances that promote the quality and function of the gray matter in your brain. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can truly help you overcome your depression.

Grains can be great for overcoming a bad mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly excellent for helping increase your happiness levels. They help you feel full too which can really help to make your mood better. Feeling famished can really make you feel awful! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You were simply waiting to read that, weren’t you? Green tea has been found to be rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have found that this amino acid actually induces brain waves. This helps raise your mental focus while relaxing the rest of your body. You probably already knew how easy it is to be healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to lift your moods as well!
