Hey everyone, it’s Jim, welcome to my recipe site. Today, I will show you a way to make a special dish, gyoza bread using shiso soy sauce. One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.
This is Cookpad user Rinrin's "Shiso-garlic soy sauce". Put all the bread dough ingredients in another bowl and mix and knead it together. In a bowl, add the ground pork, scallions, garlic chives, ginger, potato starch, sesame oil, soy sauce, sake, salt and white pepper. When the cabbage has cooled enough to handle, shake off any excess water that has collected between the leaves, but do not squeeze the leaves (the water content of the cabbage is the secret to juicy gyoza!).

Foods That Make Your Mood Better
Mostly, people have been trained to think that “comfort” foods are terrible for the body and must be avoided. At times, if your comfort food is a high sugar food or another junk food, this is very true. Other times, however, comfort foods can be altogether nutritious and it’s good for you to eat them. Several foods honestly do elevate your mood when you consume them. If you feel a little bit down and need a happiness pick me up, try a couple of these.
Eggs, would you believe, are great for helping you combat depression. You must be sure, though, that what you make includes the yolk. The yolk is the most essential part of the egg iwhen it comes to helping raise your mood. Eggs, particularly the egg yolks, are loaded with B vitamins. B vitamins can be terrific for lifting up your mood. This is because they help your neural transmitters–the parts of your brain that dictate your mood–function better. Try consuming a couple of eggs to jolly up!
Make a trail mix from seeds and/or nuts. Your mood can be raised by consuming peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and other types of nuts. This is because seeds and nuts have a lot of magnesium which boosts your brain’s serotonin levels. Serotonin is referred to as the “feel good” chemical and it tells your brain how you should be feeling all the time. The higher your levels of serotonin, the more pleasant you are going to feel. Not just that, nuts, in particular, are a great protein food source.
If you want to fight depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are high in DHA and omega-3 fats. These are two substances that increase the quality and function of the gray matter in your brain. It’s the truth: eating tuna fish sandwiches can truly help you overcome your depression.
Grains can be good for driving away a terrible mood. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all wonderful for helping you feel happier. They help you feel full as well which can actually help to better your mood. Feeling starved can actually make you feel awful! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not difficult for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your glucose levels which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.
Green tea is wonderful for moods. You were just waiting to read that, weren’t you? Green tea is rich in a certain amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body. You knew that green tea helps you be healthier. Now you know that green tea helps you to elevate your moods also!
You can see, you don’t need to eat junk food or foods that are terrible for you to feel better! Try some of these suggestions instead.
