Soft and Fluffy Butter Bread This bakery-style, soft, buttery and chewy bread is easy to prepare for your family breakfast. You don't need any major types of equipment, just a bowl will do and they will bake so fluffy and light. To get started, you will be using one can of evaporated milk, you could also use whole milk or heavy cream. Whether it's the holes in the bread or the chewy crust you are after, a good Italian bread, such as ciabatta, is soft enough to absorb olive oil, toppings and rich sauces.

Steps to make Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread:
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bread machine, and turn on the "bread dough course"
  2. When it's done, take out the dough, shape into balls, and punch down to let the air out. Divide into 16 pieces. (I use a knife for that.)
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Reshape the dough and arrange them on the baking sheet so that they don't touch each other.
  4. Cover with a tightly wrung out kitchen towel, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Gently press down in the middle of each roll with the back of a knife to make a line. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 40℃ for the second rising.
  6. Preheat the oven to 170℃. In the meantime, dust the tops evenly with cake flour using a tea strainer.
  7. When the oven has heated up, turn down the temperature to 160℃, and bake for 17 minutes to finish.

To get started, you will be using one can of evaporated milk, you could also use whole milk or heavy cream. Whether it's the holes in the bread or the chewy crust you are after, a good Italian bread, such as ciabatta, is soft enough to absorb olive oil, toppings and rich sauces. Good Italian bread begins with a wetter dough, resulting in a more rustic loaf that doesn't rise as high, with large holes and a moist interior. Remove bread from oven, take it out of the pan, and cool on wire rack. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the bread pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Try Using Food to Improve Your Mood

Many of us believe that comfort foods are not good for us and that we have to stay away from them. But if your comfort food is candy or junk food this can be true. Otherwise, comfort foods can be very healthy and good for you. There are several foods that, when you consume them, can boost your mood. When you feel a little down and need an emotional pick-me-up, test out a couple of these.

Eggs, believe it or not, are terrific for helping you battle depression. You should make sure, though, that what you make includes the yolk. The yolk is the part of the egg that is the most crucial in terms of helping elevate your mood. Eggs, the yolks in particular, are rich in B vitamins. B vitamins can genuinely help you improve your mood. This is because these vitamins improve the function of your brain’s neural transmitters (the parts of the brain that tell you how to feel). Eat an egg and feel happier!

Put together a trail mix from seeds and/or nuts. Peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, etcetera are all terrific for helping to boost your mood. This is because these foods are rich in magnesium, which helps to increase serotonin levels. Serotonin is a feel-good chemical that directs the brain how to feel at any given point in time. The more serotonin in your brain, the more pleasant you’ll feel. Nuts, in addition to elevating your mood, can be a super protein source.

If you wish to beat depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Salmon, herring, tuna fish, mackerel, trout, etc, they’re all loaded with omega-3 and DHA. These are two substances that promote the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can really help you overcome your depression.

Some grains are actually great for fighting off bad moods. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all good for helping you be in a happier state of mind. They help you feel full as well which can really help to improve your mood. Feeling starved can really bring you down! The reason these grains are so wonderful for your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest and process. You digest these grains quicker than other foods which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You just knew green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is high in a particular amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid basically induces brain waves. This helps improve your mental sharpness while relaxing the rest of your body. You likely already knew it is not difficult to get healthy when you drink green tea. And now you know green tea can help raise your mood too!

So you see, you don’t need to stuff your face with junk food when you want to feel better! Try some of these tips instead.
